DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

At Noor Gourmet , we pay the utmost attention to the preparation, packaging and shipping of each order.
Our gourmet products, often perishable, require specific rules regarding delivery, return and refund.
This policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale .
1. Shipping address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when placing the order (address, postal code, access code, telephone number, etc.).
In the event of an error or omission that makes delivery impossible or causes a delay:
- Noor Gourmet cannot be held responsible for the loss, return or possible damage of the package.
- Additional information may be requested from the customer, which may lengthen shipping times.
2. Order preparation and shipping
- Orders are prepared with care and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- The shipment is made via a specialized carrier guaranteeing optimal conditions for food products.
- All our products can be stored and transported at room temperature , thanks to suitable and secure packaging.
- The delivery times indicated at the time of ordering are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, the period, or logistical unforeseen events beyond the control of Noor Gourmet.
3. "Premium Treatment" Option
For customers wanting faster preparation, Noor Gourmet offers a “Premium Processing” service.
Orders benefiting from this option are processed with priority within 24 hours , and can be shipped the same day for any order placed before noon (excluding weekends and public holidays).
4. Perishable goods – No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , perishable products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal .
No returns or refunds will be accepted after shipment, except:
- damaged product
- altered product
- missing or non-compliant product.
5. Damaged, missing or non-conforming products
The customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package:
The claim must include:
- a photo of the product in question,
- a photo of the outer packaging,
- the order number and the date of receipt.
After analysis, Noor Gourmet will be able to propose:
- product replacement,
- an asset,
- a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Any return without prior agreement will be refused and will not give rise to any compensation.
6. Package refused, unclaimed or undelivered
Due to the perishable nature of the products, one package:
- refused without legitimate reason.
- unclaimed within the carrier's time frame (on average 7 working days),
- returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
cannot be refunded .
If the package is returned:
- Reshipment may be considered at the discretion of Noor Gourmet, at the customer's expense, and only if the products are still in perfect condition.
- If the quality of the products is impaired due to the delay, no claim or compensation will be accepted.
7. Delay, loss or disappearance of the package
If the order is not delivered within 7 working days after dispatch, the customer should contact customer service to open a carrier investigation .
During this period:
- No referral
- No refunds
cannot be carried out until the investigation is officially closed.
If the loss is confirmed, Noor Gourmet will offer:
- the reshipment of an equivalent order,
- or a full refund.
8. Products returned without authorization
Any package returned spontaneously, without written agreement from customer service, will be considered non-compliant with the procedure and will not be eligible for any refund.
The costs incurred remain entirely the responsibility of the client.
9. Refund Conditions
In the event of an accepted refund:
- The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the order.
- The average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days from the date of confirmation by customer service.
- Partial refunds only apply to products that are defective, missing, or damaged upon delivery.
