- 2 thick slices of country bread or 1 small focaccia
- 60 to 80g of Noor Gourmet Halal Pepperoni Reserve Dry Sausage
- 120g grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
For the spiced honey
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika or Espelette pepper
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Preparation of spiced honey
Mix the honey with the sweet paprika and black pepper.
Set aside at room temperature.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Place the slices of bread or focaccia on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each toast.
Distribute the mozzarella evenly.
Add the slices of Halal Pepperoni Reserve Dry Sausage.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is perfectly melted and lightly browned.
As soon as it comes out of the oven, immediately drizzle with spiced honey.
Add a few fresh basil leaves and a light drizzle of olive oil.
