Ingredients
For 2 burgers
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 2 butcher-style ground beef patties (150 to 180 g each)
- 6 to 8 slices of Premium Halal Veal Bacon
- 4 slices of aged cheddar
- 1 large red or yellow onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- A few crisp lettuce leaves
- A few sliced pickles (optional)
- Butter or neutral oil
- Fine salt
- Black pepper
For the homemade burger sauce (2 burgers)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp sweet mustard
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped gherkins
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or pickle juice)
- 1/4 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
- 1/2 small grated garlic clove (or a pinch of garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of onion powder (optional)
- Fine salt
- Black pepper

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet mustard, and finely chopped gherkins.
Add apple cider vinegar, paprika, grated garlic, and honey.
